各類不同面料材質拉鏈袋生產要點

①BOPP或啞光膜類拉鏈袋

印刷工序：需要使用耐溫性油墨，而不能用普通輕包油墨，版面設計盡量設計為邊封留2mm以上的透明邊為佳，如果整版設計圖案的，盡量設計為有托白設計（即色墨下面有白色油墨層）。

由于面料材質屬于鋼性材料，本身屬于耐溫材料，封邊耐溫性非常優良，但是這僅僅是表層的耐溫。對于復合膜而言，還是同樣需要選擇耐溫性油墨和膠水。當然，由于表層耐溫，拉鏈的熱封溫度區間的選擇會有更廣的范圍。

It is required that aluminum plating does not cause transfer, and at the same time, it can prevent high-temperature wrinkling and delamination when sealing the zipper, especially at the zipper head position.
